The Forgotten Family is a single player side-scroller horror game. The main character, (Michael Turner) sets out on an adventure in the outside world, leaving behind his family. However, upon returning home he discovers there is no sign of his loved ones. Determined to unravel the mystery and find his family, he delves deeper into the house, encountering mysterious creatures that try to haunt him. Turner gradually realizes that his experiences are manifestations of his own mental illness. In the end it is revealed that Turner lost his family in a car accident while drunk driving
