As Ashley, the player must navigate a nightmarish 3-level journey filled with puzzles, enemies, and traps to rescue Leon, all while surviving the ordeal.

- Player need to survive all 3 levels in order to rescue Leon, ultimately winning the game.

- Herbs are scattered around the map for player to replenishes Ashley’s health

- The player must also complete various puzzles to complete the game

After the event of Resident Evil 4, Leon is abducted by an evil fanatical cult called Los illuminados. Being left alone with no choice, Ashley ventures out, battling her own fear to rescue him. With the murderous cult after them, they must escape before they got caught and killed.
